The design of the slicer was not suitable for slicing cheese. It is a blade not a Stainless Steel wire as described and the cheese sticks to the blade and crumbles. However delivery, quality and service were very good. It is the fact that it is not suitable for slicing the cheese we use in Canada that has me giving a low rating. This was a requested sample and so I cannot fault the company other than the description.

Thank you for your feedback.We sent you picture of our cheese slicer board for your confirmation,you said you can modify your boards to accept our assembly.And we sent the picture of our stainless steel cutter for your approval again before shipping, you said OK,but you complain you just wanted get a SS wire,not the product.We think this issue is misunderstanding between our communication.
